Parameterize the init class. Allow package to be upgraded.

Run git from tmp working directory

always default to 'git' package

debian has deprecated the git-core package, which is now a synonym for the git
package.
Furthermore the conditional had a typo (missing 's' in `$::operatingystem` ), so
git-core has never been used anyways.

Change target for non-bare repos, so we can create/chown the holding dir before doing the clone

Added puppet docs to all classes

Take style guide into account: fix vars and formatting

Allow users to override params: require the class but dont include it

Create proper parameters that can be set without changing code
