Reflect stdlib's ensure_packages new default

In a recent puppetlabs-stdlib release ensure_packages started to use
ensure => installed instead of present. This reflects it in our specs.

Use the correct type on $source

With the type boolean you can't actually clone a source. This corrects
the type to a string because source can be both a path and a URL.
