Change existing Kafo type definitions to Puppet 4 types

Supported since Kafo 1.0.0, it performs more precise validation of
parameter values and can later be moved to the parameter definitions
when the module is made Puppet 4-only.

Rename server_facts parameter to server_foreman_facts

The $server_facts variable name is reserved by puppet-servers when
trusted_server_facts is enabled.

Using this variable in a manifest causes compilation to fail with
"Attempt to assign to a reserved variable name: server_facts"....
