Include puppetmaster components from the foreman module

ENC script, report script etc.

Parameterize the agent half of the module, and enable user to specify the Puppet port

Make puppet::server a parameterized class

This is a drop-in replacement - running 'include puppet::server' should
behave exactly as before. In addition, you can now do things like:

class { '::puppet::server': git_repo => true }

Cleanup crontab if we switch to daemon mode

Puppet shouldn't depend on Foreman - we only need some apache data

Don't make the choice of daemon or cron a global one

while I know this is debatable, just added a missing peace for the all in the same minute issue
