Add %check on rubygem-rkerberos, remove rake-compiler dep
706f6af556faed88a3316ba19fbb97288c452320 added the package, but kept rake-compiler as a runtime dependency. There's code that patches out the support since it's really only a build requirement, but this isn't reflected in the requirements.
