Fix retrieval of tarball from Jenkins matrix job
When the Ruby 1.8 part of the test_develop matrix was removed, the "first" runof the job JSON remained pointing an older 1.8.7 build and so an old tarballwas retrieved. Instead look through the run matrix for a run that has thecorrect job number.
