Update foreman_column_view to 0.2.1

Set HOME to ~foreman as rb-readline requires it

fixes #7970 - add and prefer /usr/bin/foreman-ruby symlink

Use foreman-ruby for bundle calls especially, so it allows the default Ruby
to vary separately from Foreman's. Set foreman-ruby to ruby1.9.1 explicitly
on Ubuntu 12.04.

plugin:column_view - Build gems in foreman's cache

Update nokogiri gem when installing deface-based plugins

deface < 1.0 has a dependency on ~> 1.5.0 which conflicts
with the 1.6.x gem installed by default in core.
