Update ruby193-rubygem-jquery-rails to 2.0.3-3.el6
- Add the gemspec back (shk@redhat.com) - Look ma, no tests (shk@redhat.com) - Bump the version to match what's in the Gemfile for foreman (shk@redhat.com) - remove empty tito.props and definition which are duplicate with default from - with recent tito you do not need SCL meta package (msuchy@redhat.com)
