fixes #7832 - add SSL verification tests for production Rack apps
Uses the Rack app configurations built by the smart proxy launcher with the Sinatra authz helpers inside a WEBrick server running as part of the integration test. Real requests are made against the server to test the SSL configuration and helper behaviours.
