namely Candlepin at the time. As we now by default set Xmx this
check should no longer be needed.

Drop cdn_ssl_version hook

This data migration was introducedin Foreman 2.2, and is no longer
needed. There are no paths that would migrate directly from Foreman 2.2
to Foreman 3.0. This can safely be cleaned up.

Do not pass --assumeyes to f-maintain packages is-locked

This doesn't make sense and in the latest foreman-maintain 0.8.3 it's no
longer accepted¹.
