fixes incorrect DNS conflict detection

minor visual fixes to the compute resource view.

incorrect usage of my hosts scope while processing a error in displaying host list

fixed ui for adding and removing ovirt volumes.
when creating a vm from template, if there was an error in the
form. the vm volumes didnot display correctly.
adding and removing volumes in the same submit action did not function well too.

adds ec2 provisioning support fixes #1223

- added ssh provisioning support to orchestartion, which utilize finish
scripts by default
