Support iPXE without chain-loading

This commit allow to provide a specific PXE filename when PXE client is
iPXE compliant.

Note: This, consequently, allow to fetch directly boot files through
HTTP.

Make the config header configurable

This allows the installer to set a specific warning that's tailored to
the installer. It won't affect users outside of the installer. It also
allows changing the message in a downstream product to include help
URLs.

make ddns-update-style adjustable

ISC DHCP supports DDNS update style 'standard' since version 4.3, which implements DDNS as described in RFC 2136, available on Debian since Jessie/8.
This has also been backported to the ISC DHCP server available in RHEL 7.5, see https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/7/html/7.5_release_notes/new_features_networking#BZ1394727...
